I am the Founder of Transcend Wellness. I am an Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and I am registered with the Association for Integrative Psychology (AIP), Ordained Minister, and Reiki Master Teacher. My mission is to help people rediscover the true power inside of them that they may have forgotten. They will recognize this power has the ability to literally heal them and change their life. My goal is to offer tools and services to help people rediscover the power within. I have studied many forms of alternative healing and have gained knowledge about how the mind and body connection works. I have trained with some of America’s greatest transformational teachers and Doctors such as Dr. Matt James, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), President of The Empowerment Partnership and developed the Mental Emotional Release® process; Robert G. Smith, developer of FasterEFT and Eutaptics®; and several Reiki Masters as well.

I first started my journey in alternate healing after I had an ongoing illness that couldn’t be healed with conventional western medicine. After a handful or doctors and specialists and thousands of dollars later, I was being told that the constant pain I was feeling in my abdomen and the inability to swallow was all “in my head”. Then I decided that I was taking my health into my own hands. I started researching alternative healing practices and then began learning Reiki. I drove all the way to Asheville, North Carolina to learn under my first Reiki Master for Reiki levels I & II in the fall of 2015 and then finished my Reiki Master certification with a Reiki Master here in Oklahoma in the beginning of 2017. After a few years of training with other like-minded experts, I‘ve learned to share my experience through a combination of service and education. I founded Transcend Wellness in hopes of helping others who may be where I have been with their mind, body and spirit and need guidance to heal themselves. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. Promoting health, wellness and balance of mind, body and spirit.

My hope for all of my clients is that they’ll find the peace and serenity that I find when I do what I do every day. My therapeutic approach is meant to evoke harmony and wellbeing in each and every one of my clients. I believe in healing and nurturing the mind, body and soul.
